Ben Lyons is E!'s resident film expert and you can catch him interviewing stars, covering red carpets and hitting festivals for the network, the Vine and his own E! Online column. Each week on The Daily 10, Ben reviews new releases and classics in his signature segment the Lyons Den.

Born and raised in New York City, Ben is the grandson of legendary New York Post columnist Leonard Lyons and is the son of NBC film critic Jeffrey Lyons. Much of his childhood was spent among the world's most artistic and influential celebrities.

Ben has been featured on MTV's Your Movie Show, At the Movies on MSNBC and Access Hollywood and has worked as a segment producer on the nationally syndicated Hip-Hop Nation. His "Day in the Life of Russell Simmons" episode followed the music mogul as he prepared for the opening night of Def Poetry on Broadway. In addition to his E! duties, Ben currently cohosts NBC's Reel Talk with his father.

Ben plays basketball and golf and deejays every week at L.A. hot spots the Dime and the Roosevelt Hotel. He's a die-hard New York Knicks fan and a contributor to several environmental and energy conservation organizations.
