Fest21 Server Problem 5j2k5t
As we were reorganising our servers to have full redundancy of all services (web, images, database...), the main disk drive crashed. We replaced it and, as an additional problem, we realized that the latest daily backups contained errors and were unusable. We had to rely on the last weekly backup and restored it dated from February 7. At this stage, we lost one week of data. We are trying to recover data lost on the crashed drive but it is without guaranty at this stage. We are terribly sorry...
